Requirements

Reservation and payment: 
After booking you will receive an invoice by e-mail for a deposit amounting to 50% of the rent. You are requested to pay this invoice within 14 working days. After receipt of the deposit, your reservation is final. By paying the deposit you agree to these rental conditions. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. We request that you pay the remainder of the rent, the costs of the final cleaning and the deposit no later than two weeks before the start of the rental period. If the reservation is made within four weeks before the arrival date, the entire rent must be paid immediately. After receipt of the total sum, you will receive a voucher by e-mail with the details of the reservation. The voucher states the maximum number of people for which a reservation has been made. This number may not be exceeded without the landlord's permission.

Arrival, departure and minimum stay: 
Arrival is possible daily. The minimum stay is 4 nights. You can check in from 4 pm on the day of arrival. You can check out on the day of departure until you leave for the airport; so you can decide for yourself when you leave.  

 

Cancel:
You can cancel the reservation at any time for urgent reasons. You are requested to do this in writing. The cancellation costs are:

  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 25% of the rent 

  • In case of cancellation from the 30th day before arrival to 14 days before arrival 75% of the rent

  • In case of cancellation from the 14th day before arrival, the entire rent.  

 

Other information

Management: 
Our hostess will receive you at the apartment and will hand you the key. During your stay you can of course approach her with questions or problems. She will also agree a time with you for the final check/key receipt on the day of your departure.

Linen and towels:
The apartment has towels and kitchen towels and sheets.  These are changed regularly. If you want more towels, this is possible for a fee. 
We request that you provide your own beach towels. 

Injury:
Any damage to the apartment, inventory or resort must be reported to our hostess immediately and in any case before departure. Damage caused by you will be charged and deducted from the deposit. 

Other provisions: 
The use of the pool and the sun loungers around the pool is included in the price. The sun loungers  unfortunately cannot be reserved. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Diving in the pool is not allowed for safety reasons. 

The apartment and condo have WiFi. Use of this is free. You will receive the login code upon arrival. 

In both the apartment and the condo there is a safe for the safe storage of valuables. We advise you not to leave any valuable objects or papers unattended or visible. The lessor can never be held liable for theft, burglary or missing items. 

The Lagun Ocean Resort is a secured area with an entrance gate. You can park in the communal car park, inside the entrance gate. As a tenant you will receive an access code on arrival. 

Because others also enjoy their holiday rest, it is not allowed to organize parties or events in or on the rented property. Noise in any form is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. Furthermore, it is assumed that you observe the normal manners with regard to your environment. 

Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Smoking is not allowed inside. If it is found that smoking has occurred and this has caused damage to furniture, sheets or curtains, the damage will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

No pets or pets may be kept in the apartment without the landlord's permission. Guests are requested not to feed stray animals on the property. 

Some apartments at the Lagun Ocean Resort are located on the edge of a steep cliff about 10 meters high. This is clearly marked with a stone edge of about 1 meter high. You are requested to maintain a safe distance.

Maintenance work is sometimes necessary. They are carried out as much as possible at times when the apartment is not rented out; nevertheless, it may happen that there  maintenance work must take place during your stay. We strive to keep the duration of this work as short as possible. The performance of work during the rental period does not entitle the tenant to a reduction in rent.
